drivers are independent contractors who use their own insured vehicle and
perform multiple deliveries per day, driving an average of 200 miles per day.
Drivers start from home (or wherever they happen to be) and are dispatched
several jobs at one time, all originating from one area, going to the same
general area or going in the same direction. Deliveries usually consist of
